Cancellations received before 1 March - 31 April 2026 will be refunded 100%. Cancellations received between 1 May - 31 July 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after 31 July 2026 will not be refunded.
All conference materials are copyrighted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any conference materials is strictly prohibited. All recorded videos can be uploaded on Social Media only by REGEN Congress & its Office Bearers.
The organizers of the REGEN Congress are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the conference.
Postgraduate student candidates must submit a letter of recommendation from their Dean or Head of Department (HOD) endorsing their participation in the REGEN Congress. The letter should attest to the candidate’s academic standing, research experience, and suitability for participation in the conference. Please note that student registration is not permitted to the Gala Dinner.

Regenerative & Esthetic Growth, Education & Networking (REGEN Congress) may at any time, with or without giving notice, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason, change, cancel or postpone the conference, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to. In any case, neither REGEN Congress nor any of its officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expensesuffered or incurred by any person, nor will they return any money paid to them in connection with the conference unless they are satisfied not only that the money in question remains under their control, but also that the person who paid it has been unfairly prejudiced, about which the decision shall be in their sole and unfettered discretion and, when announced, final and conclusive.
