Refunds & Cancellations

Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the regencongress@gmail.com.
• 100% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 31 June 2026
• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 31 July 2026.
• Cancellations received after 31 July 2026 will not be refunded.
• GST / bank charges/ online charges will be non-refundable
• Registration is not transferable.

No Refunds
Once a service is purchased or a transaction is completed on our platform, it is considered final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services offered through our website.

Exceptions
Incase of any payment failure from our side or any technical glitch, we will refund the amount after inspection. If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the Original Payment method within 7-14 Business Days.
